You’ll meet with business owners and employees in your local territory, delivering benefit presentations and guiding enrollment decisions to help protect what matters most.

The ideal candidate thrives in face-to-face, relationship-driven sales, is organized, self-motivated, and able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B direct sales or business development.
• Ability to conduct in-person presentations and enroll employees.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with supported training.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions
• Support enrollment and answer claims questions
• Maintain client records using Salesforce CRM
• Grow territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals
• Track activity and manage territory
