Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our local territory-based team. This full-time independent contractor role focuses on direct, face-to-face sales of supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses and their employees.

You will meet business owners and staff, present benefit options, guide enrollment decisions, and manage client relationships with ongoing support.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Ability to present to small businesses and leadership teams.
Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills.
Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
