Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (fees reimbursed)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant sales/athletic experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections

Responsibilities

• Generate clients using Salesforce CRM and expand network
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships with owners
• Build and manage your client portfolio
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with the sales manager
• Plan weekly schedule and report to the manager
• Record daily stats and sales activity
