Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated professionals to sell high-quality supplemental insurance solutions. You will undergo immersive training, work in your designated territory, and engage with business owners and employees through consultations and group presentations.

No prior sales experience required as candidates will be mentored and molded for success. Expect a structured training program, performance-based pay, and clear goals aligned with local market

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals and existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Help set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily activity and sales progress at end of day.
