Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to prospect, engage, and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses. You will hit the field, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, and present Altitude's insurance solutions.

You will balance cold outreach with warm leads, schedule follow-ups, and track results to drive consistent growth. The role emphasizes teamwork, individual accountability, and a path to advancement through performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Health & Life license or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small/medium businesses.
• Call on new and existing clients, schedule and conduct presentations.
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Submit sales metrics daily.
