Job summary

DuraServ, a national leader in commercial dock and door solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own a local industrial territory. You will prospect daily, visit sites, diagnose needs, and craft engineered solutions while driving the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial services or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management with a track record of building a profitable book of business.
• CRM proficiency to manage lead pipelines and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits.
• Provide solution-based consulting through detailed site assessments (docks, levelers, doors).
• Turn maintenance leads into service contracts and capital upgrades with technicians.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to contract close.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and general contractors.
