Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside B2B sales with proven track record.
• Experience with cold prospecting and territory development.
• Proficient in CRM and data management for pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calling and site visits.
• Perform site assessments and propose dock/door solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to turn leads into long-term contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers and contractors.
• Create detailed proposals and quotes meeting specs and safety.
• Market the brand within the industrial sector to win market share.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Provide fast, optimistic solutions during disruptions.
