Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial services or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management to develop a cold territory into a profitable book of business.
• CRM proficiency to manage leads and technical data using modern sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Perform site assessments to diagnose equipment needs and present solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert leads into long-term contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers and general contractors.
