You will attend award-winning training, build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, and collaborate with ADP teams to deliver human resources solutions that drive client outcomes. This role offers competitive base pay with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; alternative experience valued.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is recognized and valued, bringing discipline and problem-solving skills to the table.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Turn prospects into clients by recommending ADP solutions that meet real business needs.
• Cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth implementation.
