Job summary

Spectrum Staffing Services is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to expand a specialized healthcare technology portfolio across an assigned regional U.S. territory from a home-based setup.

You will lead new-business development and manage customer relationships with hospitals, imaging facilities, and radiopharmacies, owning the sales process from outreach to close. You’ll travel across multiple states, conduct virtual and in-person meetings, and collaborate with technical and service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
• Approximately 4–7 years of sales experience with demonstrated success generating new accounts and revenue.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Ability to travel throughout a multi-state regional territory, including extended travel as needed.
• Independent, proactive pipeline management and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, cold calling, and strategic account development for nuclear medicine equipment, software, and services.
• Manage opportunities from qualification and proposals through pricing discussions and contract close.
• Build relationships through virtual meetings and onsite visits with healthcare and radiopharmacy accounts.
• Keep CRM records current, including activity, pipeline, and territory forecasts.
• Coordinate with technical teams on demonstrations, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Inform territory strategy by assessing market trends and competitor activity.
• Attend industry conferences and events to develop contacts and represent the portfolio.
• Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
