Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding business with existing clients, focusing on healthcare providers and treatment centers. The role involves building trusted, long-term relationships and managing a book of business with regional travel.

Required are strong sales achievements, healthcare experience, and excellent CRM skills (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university.
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• Prior experience in pain management preferred.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
• Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts.
• Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers and serve as a trusted, strategic partner with a focus on growth and building long-term client relationships.
• Manage your book of business with face-to-face travel within your region.
