RX REDEFINED INC. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth within a focused regional territory, owning outbound prospecting and early-stage demos.

You will partner with the VP of Growth for late-stage negotiations, manage travel up to 50%, and maintain CRM funnel accuracy while delivering value to physicians and practice administrators.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience.
• Track record of high-velocity cold prospecting, phone/onsite outreach, and converting leads into discovery meetings and demos.
• Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipeline Generation: drive high-velocity prospecting to identify opportunities.
• Demos & Initial Discovery: uncover pain points and demonstrate solutions.
• Collaborative Closing: work with VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations and redlines.
• Travel & Calendar Ownership: manage travel and cadences for qualified meetings.
• CRM & Funnel Management: maintain accurate deal stages and notes.
