Job summary

Rx Redefined is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth across a focused regional territory. You will own the top and middle of the funnel—sourcing prospects, scheduling meetings, and running core solution demos with practice administrators and physicians.

You'll work with executive leadership to support late-stage negotiations and redlines, travel up to 50%, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience.
• Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and physician practices.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities in your territory.
• Conduct solution demos and discovery to reveal client pain points and ROI.
• Partner with VP of Growth on late-stage negotiations, redlines, and board discussions.
• Own travel calendar to maintain a steady stream of practice meetings.
• Rigorously track deal stages, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
