Job summary

RX REDEFINED INC. is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth within a focused regional territory.

You will own the top and middle of your sales funnel—sourcing prospects, scheduling meetings, and running core solution demos with practice administrators and physicians. You will work closely with executive leadership (VP of Growth) who will support late-stage negotiations, legal redlines, and board-level presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience (field-based selling preferred).
• Track record of high-velocity cold prospecting and converting leads into qualified discovery meetings and demos.
• Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and individual physician practices.
• Experience working with senior leadership during late-stage deal mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipeline Generation: drive high-velocity prospecting to identify and qualify new opportunities across your territory.
• Demos & Initial Discovery: uncover pain points, conduct solution demonstrations, and establish the core value proposition.
• Collaborative Closing: partner with the VP of Growth during late-stage negotiations and board meetings.
• Travel & Calendar Ownership: self-manage travel and daily cadence for steady meetings.
• CRM & Funnel Management: track deal stages, notes, and follow-ups to maintain pipeline accuracy.
