Moove NA, a leading lubricant distributor, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in the United States (IL/Elgin) to drive revenue growth within a defined region, build client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

You will conduct market analysis, generate leads, present products, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to align sales efforts. Bachelor degree required; 3-5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B environments and a proven track record in territory management.
• Ability to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Competence with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
