Job summary

W.B. Mason in Manchester, NH seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales in the local territory. You'll meet with small and mid-size businesses, present our range of office supplies and services, and introduce MasonvilleGO to new customers.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition accounts, attend branch meetings, and seize opportunities for career advancement in a privately owned company with strong values and a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer pricing, and help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth account transitions and ongoing support.
