Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in the New Jersey area to expand our outside sales reach within the assigned territory. You will introduce local businesses to our broad range of office solutions and services, driving growth and creating new accounts.

You will demo products, discuss pricing, and coordinate with inside sales to ensure smooth onboarding to MasonvilleGO. A dynamic culture with clear growth paths supports your success and development in outside sales.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• English reading/writing and speaking fluency.
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel assigned territory to meet local business clients.
• Demo products, explain services, and provide custom pricing.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams.
• Support new accounts through MasonvilleGO and ensure smooth setup.
