Qualifications

• Experience in sales or territory management is advantageous.
• Ability to engage retail customers and adult nicotine consumers in person.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory alignment to company goals.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives and targeting outlets.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Builds client willingness to collaborate with the Company on business fundamentals and drivers.
• Maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to grow Reynolds brands.
• Sells on the five Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
• Analyzes territory to identify contracts with new retail opportunities.
• Collaborates with the Division Manager on territory-specific planning and initiatives.
