You will build relationships with stores and distributors, engage adult nicotine consumers, and collaborate with the marketing function to deliver 5Ps—presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develops local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Achieves customer/consumer engagement skills certification and demonstrate mastery within Territory.
• Builds client willingness to collaborate with the Company on key business drivers to accelerate transformation and increase market share.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands.
