Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives and retail opportunities.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Achieves customer/consumer engagement skills certification.
• Builds relationships with local chains and distributors to promote Reynolds brands.
• Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
• Analyzes territory to identify and negotiate new retail opportunities.
• Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific planning and growth.
