Job summary

Reynolds American in Brunswick, Georgia is seeking a Territory Manager to drive brand growth by building strong relationships with key clients. You will lead local sales strategy, manage relationships with local chains, and execute the 5Ps to grow market share while traveling within the territory.

You will engage adult nicotine consumers and retailers, analyze territory performance, and collaborate with leadership to meet objectives, all while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales.
• Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification.
• Builds client relationships to promote Reynolds brands.
• Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
• Analyses territory to identify and negotiate new retail opportunities.
• Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific planning.
