Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the Pennsylvania territory. You will manage sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while serving as Halter’s on-the-ground representative.

You’ll partner with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer value, onboarding excellence, and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive new business growth.
Strong relationship-building with customers.
Experience managing sales pipelines and targets.
Collaborative cross-functional teamwork.
Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect new business and generate outbound leads within the territory.
In-field sales activities including ranch visits, industry events, and customer meetings.
Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
Hit and manage ambitious sales targets and pipeline.
Own the territory and build relationships with local, state, and federal agricultural groups.
Oversee customer onboarding and deployment with cross-functional teams.
Gather field feedback to guide product improvements and strategy.
Collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
Represent Halter at industry events to generate leads and showcase solutions.
