Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Territory Manager to drive new business growth across the PA region and surrounding states. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with cattle producers, and collaborate with product and onboarding teams to ensure customer success.

You’ll travel frequently, meet at farms, cattle auctions, and industry events, and represent Halter’s cutting-edge virtual fencing technology in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B farm equipment sales or agricultural tech.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline within the PA region.
• In-field sales visits, meetings at farms, auctions, and industry events.
• Expand existing opportunities and manage accounts for long-term value.
• Hit sales targets and manage opportunities through the funnel.
• Own the territory and represent Halter with customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure customer success with Halter's products.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to capture field insights.
