Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success in designated Australian territory. You will act as Halter’s on‑the‑ground representative, building relationships, expanding opportunities and meeting ambitious growth targets.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment. This role requires travel within the territory and a proactive, hands‑on approach to customer value and field insights.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and building relationships.
• Experience in post-sales value building and upselling to grow partnerships.
• Willingness to learn the beef operations and adapt to farm settings.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new leads and opportunities and managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Meet, qualify, demonstrate Halter’s product, and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships and drive ongoing customer success and deployment of Halter.
• Own territory relationships with regional agricultural groups to deepen beef industry partnerships.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to feed field insights for product improvements.
