Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across your designated Beef operations territory in Australia. You will own the sales pipeline, build long-term relationships with farmers, and work cross-functionally with Product, Support and R&D to ensure Halter’s solutions meet field needs.

The role requires travel within the territory, a proactive hands-on approach, and a passion for beef farming.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer-success experience in B2B, with ability to upsell and build lasting relationships.
• Strong knowledge of beef operations or a clear willingness to learn rapidly.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage large territories and optimize resource use.
• Self-motivated with high accountability and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Expansion: Source new leads and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
• Hitting Sales Targets: Meet growth targets by screening, qualifying, demonstrating the product and negotiating contracts.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Territory Ownership: Own your territory and build relationships with regional agricultural groups.
• Customer Onboarding: Help manage end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: Gather customer insights and share field learnings with Support, Product and R&D teams.
