Halter seeks a Territory Manager in Australia to drive growth and ensure customer success across designated regions. You will prospect, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate onboarding to maximize value for Halter’s cattle operations.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and regional teams to tailor Halter’s solutions and expand across beef markets, with frequent travel within Australia. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for driven sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience in beef operations or strong willingness to learn the industry.

• Ability to manage a large territory balancing sales and customer success.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams; receptive to field feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & expansion: source new leads and manage full sales pipeline to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating, and negotiating with customers.
• Account management post-sale; ensure ongoing satisfaction and smooth handoff to onboarding.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups, build deep beef-industry relationships.
• Assist onboarding and deployment to ensure customers get value from Halter.
• Gauge field feedback and share with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve customer issues quickly and comprehensively.
