Job summary

Ag 1 Source is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow our Kentucky and Tennessee markets, focusing on fertility, biologicals, and micronutrient solutions.

You will build relationships with growers and distributors, manage a territory plan, and travel up to 70% while leveraging CRM tools to track leads and opportunities. Competitive base with commission, company vehicle, and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or agronomy preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
• Willingness to travel ~70% or more in KY/TN territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on revenue and customer development.
• Build profitable relationships with growers, dealers, and distribution partners.
• Promote fertilizer, biological, micronutrient, and crop-nutrition solutions.
• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities.
• Coordinate yield trials and product comparisons with customers and agronomy team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and opportunities.
