Job summary

Ag 1 Source is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to grow our biologicals and crop-nutrition offerings across Kansas. You will work with growers, dealers, and distribution partners to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

You will develop territory plans, coordinate yield trials, and collaborate with agronomy and marketing teams to deliver value, while traveling ~70% of the time across Kansas. A college degree and agricultural background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or related industry preferred.
• Strong ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Proven communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion in Kansas.
• Build profitable relationships with growers, dealers, and distribution partners.
• Promote fertilizer, biological, micronutrient, and crop-nutrition solutions.
• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities.
• Coordinate yield trials and product comparisons with Agronomy team.
• Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activity.
• Represent the organization at dealer meetings, grower events and industry functions.
