Vive Crop Protection Inc is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee distribution and retail sales in Ohio, eastern Michigan, and eastern Kentucky. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in agricultural sales and a deep understanding of crop protection products. You will develop business plans and expand market relationships to ensure the company's sales objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in field sales in agriculture.
• Experience launching new products or technologies into the ag marketplace.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Vive’s FC portfolio sales objectives in Ohio, eastern Michigan, and eastern Kentucky.
• Develop relationships with distributor and retail accounts to achieve sales objectives.
• Update key information in CRM for market intelligence.
