Job summary

Ag 1 Source in Texas is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager for the Texas Panhandle to grow our presence with fertility, biologicals, and micronutrients.

You will work independently within a supportive team, leveraging an established portfolio and strong management backing. Travel will be substantial as you build relationships with growers and distribution partners across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, agronomy, crop inputs, or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business, build relationships, and hit sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion across the Texas Panhandle.
• Build and strengthen profitable relationships with growers, dealers, and distribution partners.
• Promote fertilizer, biologicals, micronutrient, and crop-nutrition solutions.
• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities.
• Coordinate yield trials and product comparisons with customers and the Agronomy team.
• Develop growth plans addressing specific agronomic needs and business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at dealer meetings, grower events, and industry functions.
• Prepare territory forecasts and contribute to sales planning.
• Document field performance with agronomic data and customer feedback.
• Partner with Marketing for effective outreach to current and prospective customers.
• Maintain CRM records for leads and opportunities.
