Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years in service/route-based role with growth of accounts.
• DOT certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Route Sales Representatives in the territory.
• Promote safety culture and ensure service quality.
• Manage customer renewals and accounts receivable collections.
• Meet quarterly with customers to review growth and opportunities.
• Recruit and hire Route Sales staff and oversee performance.
• Travel ~60% to visit customers and supervise service teams.
