Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Territory Manager in Memphis, TN to oversee an assigned service territory with direct supervision of Route Sales Representatives. The role emphasizes service safety, customer retention, revenue growth, and AR management within a dynamic field team.

The position requires leadership to coach RSRs, drive a pervasive sales culture, and coordinate with managers to renew accounts while protecting profitability. Moderate travel and strong communication skills are essential.

• Proven ability to interface with various organizational functions to get the job done.
• Significant negotiation skills and customer interface experience.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop Route Sales Representatives in your territory.
• Report to Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager; escalate to General Manager as needed.
• Visit customers each quarter to review growth and service opportunities.
