Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across the Western Kentucky region. You’ll be the on‑the‑ground Halter representative, building strong relationships with ranchers, attending local cattle events, and delivering value through Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction, while contributing to the US market strategy and achieving ambitious sales

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales and account management.
• Strong relationship-building with farmers and ranchers.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within the Western Kentucky region.
• Build and maintain relationships with local agricultural groups.
• Meet ambitious growth targets and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.
• Represent Halter at industry events and demonstrations.
