Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and order writers.
• Ensure flawless in-store execution and program rollout.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel.
• Plan data-driven growth strategies for the territory.
