Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across designated accounts. Build strong customer relationships, drive sales targets, and ensure flawless merchandising and display execution.

The role also requires leadership of a merchandiser team, data-driven planning, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding safety standards and company programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process knowledge.
• Physical ability for lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally >50 lbs).
• Successful drug test, MVR check and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
