Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally more.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs to fuel expansion.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
