Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution and in-store success across designated Colorado territories. You will lead merchandising teams, optimize displays, and partner with store personnel to grow sales and market share.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
• A flexible work schedule is required, including weekends and holidays
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional over 50 lbs.)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and coach a team of Merchandisers.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering and display execution with FTOWs.
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Adhere to safety guidelines.
