Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and snacking brand visibility. You will manage a team of merchandisers, build strong customer relationships, and implement data-driven sales plans across an assigned Nebraska territory.

You will lead store initiatives, optimize displays, and ensure timely product ordering and promotions while aligning with HQ programs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes and systems understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally more).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT and PT) and drive performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in stores.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven growth tailored to store demographics and customer needs to fuel expansion.
• Build relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines.
