Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and build strong relationships with retailers across the Huntsville area. You will lead Direct Store Delivery and coach merchandisers to meet monthly sales targets.

The role requires 3-5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work weekends. Base salary ranges from 56,200 to 77,275 USD plus a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage a team of Merchandisers from hiring to coaching and development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute smart store schedules to strengthen relationships and drive results.
