Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the beef industry in the Greater Horsham/Central Victoria region, with frequent travel. You will prospect, expand, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract, while collaborating with Product, Support, and regional teams to ensure value delivery.

This hands-on, growth-focused role requires a proactive approach and a drive to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Beef industry knowledge or willingness to learn about farm operations.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand within the territory to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption of Halter solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and regional teams to deliver value and gather field feedback.
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment experience.
