Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across a defined Australian territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground with farmers and agricultural groups.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and regional teams to ensure the technology meets farming needs, contributing to Halter’s mission to improve sustainable farming practices across the beef industry.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building customer relationships.
• Experience in beef operations or a strong willingness to learn the beef industry.
• Proactive, driven, and able to work under pressure while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Source new leads and expand opportunities within the territory from multiple channels.
• Meet high-growth sales targets through qualification, product demos, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and a smooth handoff to onboarding.
