Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in Australia to drive growth and ensure customer success within your designated region. You will execute sales strategies, nurture relationships with cattle producers, and hit ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and regional teams, travel regularly across SA and neighboring states, onboard new customers, collect field feedback, and contribute to a more sustainable farming future.

Qualifications

• Value-based sales experience with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals and building lasting customer relationships.
• Beef operations knowledge or a deep willingness to learn about beef farming and ranching.
• Positive, proactive attitude with energy and accountability.
• Ability to manage a large territory balancing sales and customer success.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand: generate leads, respond to inquiries, and manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit ambitious sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product and negotiating contracts.
• Manage post-sale relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Own territory by building relationships with regional agricultural groups and beef producers.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and R&D to share field insights and drive improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product for customers.
• Represent Halter as on-ground in field engagements and customer successes.
