Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager in the US West (South West Colorado region) to drive new business and ensure customer success across ranching customers.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding, and travel frequently to meet customers at farms, auctions, and events such as CattleCon. This role combines field work with strategic account growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to agricultural customers and ranchers is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfort working in field-based, travel-heavy roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and develop a local pipeline within the Territory.
• Attend industry events and cattle associations to generate leads.
• Manage handoffs to onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.
• Travel frequently within the Territory to meet customers.
