Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving.
• Comfort using technology; and analyzing customer data.
• Knowledgeable on industry trends.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Support food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve customer profitability.
• Share market intelligence and industry trends.
• Demonstrate products by taking samples to customers’ restaurant or facility.
• Demonstrate capabilities to support the customer.
• Share new product innovations using Shamrock resources.
• Build multi-level relationships in the businesses served.
• Keep accounts current; optimize sales, service, and delivery; collect past-due balances.
• Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
