Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth across restaurants, resorts, hotels and other institutional accounts through direct, face-to-face interactions. You will prospect new customers, grow the territory and strengthen existing relationships.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow share of customer’s business.
• Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering and food cost analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons at customer locations.
• Build multi-level relationships and optimize sales, service, and delivery.
• Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and experience.
