Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a dynamic Territory Field Representative to drive revenue and growth across a dedicated Agent territory. You will work directly with agent leaders and coordinate with regional and HQ leadership to ensure in-store execution, KPI achievement, and alignment with brand standards for national launches.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Training/Customer Service (preferred).
• Experience in wireless industry and brand ambassador roles (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement localized sales enablement plans across Agent locations to support revenue and profitability in the territory.
• Support field readiness and launches, providing real-time updates and training completion support.
• Build and maintain partnerships with existing agents and develop new agent relationships.
• Champion the use of frontline tools and triage frameworks to reduce bottlenecks and errors.
