Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a results-driven Territory Field Representative to support growth across your assigned territory. You will work with Agent store leaders and align with regional and HQ directors to execute KPI-driven strategies and ensure brand consistency and launch readiness.

You will build strong partner relationships, promote frontline tools, and coordinate real-time updates, training, incentives, and promotions to maximize territory performance. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass as per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across your territory to improve revenue and profit.
• Collaborate with Agent store leaders and sync with regional/HQ directors to implement KPI success and brand alignment.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and territory sales performance through localization and training.
• Build partnerships with agents and champion frontline tools to reduce bottlenecks and errors.
