Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a results-driven Territory Field Representative to support growth across a designated region. You will work closely with Agent store leaders and regional directors to drive KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze market factors. Expect travel within the territory and a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Serve as the vital link that implements daily KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
• Primary field sales enablement for the Indirect Agent channel to drive revenue, growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with Agent leadership to implement priority launches and real-time updates to maximize territory sales performance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Training/Customer Service
