Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Representative to drive growth across a dedicated agent territory. You will work directly with agent store leaders and regional/HQ directors to ensure in‑store execution, KPI achievement, and readiness for national launches.

You will support sales goals, enhance agent capabilities, and build strong partnerships while advocating for frontline tools and coordinating launches across your territory.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals by implementing localized plans across agent locations to grow revenue and profitability.
• Execute sales support by expanding agent capabilities through product knowledge and tailored strategies.
• Build and grow positive partnerships with existing and new agents.
• Advocate for frontline tools and triage frameworks to reduce bottlenecks and errors.
• Coordinate field readiness and sales enablement with agent leadership to optimize launches and promotions.
• Communicate strategic changes to day‑to‑day activities for teams.
