Job summary

T-ROC Global is seeking a results-driven territory field representative to support growth across assigned agent locations, driving revenue and profitability while aligning with brand standards.

You will work on the ground with Agent store leaders, coordinate with regional and HQ directors, and serve as the primary field liaison to ensure KPI achievement, smooth launches, and strong partner relationships. Travel is required within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Work with Agent store leaders and sync with regional/HQ directors to implement KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
• Primary field sales enablement for the Indirect Agent channel, supporting a dedicated territory to drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
• Act as the primary field liaison for Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ directors to ensure in-store execution and KPI achievement.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans across Agent locations to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Enhance agent capabilities through product knowledge and tailored sales strategies to meet agent targets.
• Monitor and evaluate agent and channel sales performance for continuous improvement and market factors.
• Establish and grow positive partnerships with existing agents and create new agent relationships.
• Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and SOPs to eliminate bottlenecks and minimize errors.
• Coordinate field readiness and sales enablement with Agent leadership for launches, updates, training, incentives, and promotions.
• Translate high-level changes into day-to-day updates for teams to stay informed and prepared for organizational changes.
